As a Nationally Accredited Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Administrator (NADATPA), we are among a select few companies in the nation and the ONLY provider in Arkansas to reach this level of accreditation.
We will send you a truly random list of your selected employees each month which require drug testing, as well as a list of alternates. If an employee in the random list is on vacation, sick, terminated or otherwise unavailable for testing, just let us know the reason and replace them with the first alternate in your list.
For smaller companies, we provide 24/7/365 access to our online system, so that you can update your employee list. Your Designated Employer Representative (DER) will be able to access test results from here as well.
For larger companies, RVOH also offers database integration. On a scheduled interval, our servers can communicate with yours and update your employee list automatically.
