RVOH is a Nationally Accredited Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Administrator (NADATPA).
RVOH achieved NADATPA accreditation in 2004 and has successfully re-certified ever since. We were the first in the state of Arkansas to reach this level of credentialing, and we are currently the only NADATPA in the state. Only a small number of facilities in the country have achieved this accreditation.
What does that mean?
Our facility, operations and personnel meet the highest standards in areas such as regulatory compliance, client confidentiality, accountability, company service standards, operational practices, business ethics, and professional competency for drug and alcohol testing program management.
The short version? We do it right. Consistently.
Our clients throughout the country benefit from a national network of more than 1,000 qualified collection facilities, making it easy to establish local sites near every terminal or site of operation.
How do we do it?
The staff at RVOH includes physicians who are certified MRO’s, nurses, certified professional collectors and technicians that have been industry experts for more than seventeen years. The importance of having a staff that includes these industry experts cannot be understated.
We are always looking for ways to improve. We constantly review our performance, service, technology and efficiency.
At RVOH, we are not trying to meet the standard. We’re trying to set the standard.
To assist companies in the design, implementation, and maintenance of drug-free workplaces in a fair, economical, and legally defensible manner consistent with regulatory compliance.
