"Kellye and Angie have worked hard to help us understand our DOT responsibilities. They provided all the kits and the paperwork for the kits in a timely manner. The Reasonable Suspicion training went very well too. The managers and foreman saw immediate value in the training. A couple of recommendations I would have to add would be, to deliver the kits at the same time as the training in the future and ensure that our company policies are in sync with the training. Our company polices probably need to be reviewed with current DOT regulations and some guidance given to ensure they are up to date and compliant with DOT regs. More clearly defined lines of 'field vs non-field employees' would ensure we are meeting DOT regs as well. Kelly may have some benchmarks to provide on these it's as well. I'm confident RVOH has the expertise to advise in each of these areas."
